Double walled, vacuum insulated, powder coated  stainless steel tumbler keeps hot drink hot and cold drinks cold.  Includes plastic lid for sipping or use with a straw (straw not included).

This tumbler should be HAND WASHED

SHIPPING DETAILS

 - Everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship quickly and some take a bit longer

 - These normally take about 2-5 business days in production BEFORE shipping out (longer during holidays)

 - Shipping to U.S. is FREE; add $3.00 per item to ship to Canada

 - I will send you a tracking number when it becomes available

 - Keep in mind that USPS tracking status occasionally takes time to update

 - The shipping address listed on your order is where it will be shipped. Please make sure this information is

   correct before placing your order.

- I CANNOT include a gift message with your order when it ships (even if the Etsy order page allows you to

  enter a message), as it ships directly from the production facility.  At your request, I can send you a “digital

  greeting card” which includes an image of the item you ordered, and you may send that to your recipient by

e-mail, text, social media, etc

 - Information cannot be revised after I submit it for production. Please verify and double check all information

   prior to submitting your order.

 - NO cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds, unless item is damaged or defective

 - I will replace your item if it is damaged or defective

 - Send me a message with a PHOTO of the damage so I can process your replacement

 - As always, please contact me through Etsy if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing your

   respond within 24-48 hours.
